Maui Voki

Today we made a Voki about Maui and the Fish. We had to make a script about a video that we have watched. We had to base the script on the video. We had to do this in a group of 5 but we went into a group of 3. I think we did really well and I hope you think that too. Magic Matariki

For the last couple of weeks, we have been doing some awesome Matariki art as Matariki is coming up soon. What we have done is you had to draw mountains and the Matariki stars on an A4 piece of paper as a mock-up one. Next, we had to copy that to an A4 piece of foam but with a little twist, we had to do the stars the opposite way so that when we would do the next step it would come out the right way. The next step was to color the piece of foam in any color that we would like with a paint roller. Then you had to get a piece of A3 paper that we would stick the Foam with the ink on it so that it would then come out on to the piece of paper like this.

For science today we did a really fun challenge of dropping the egg of our mezzanine and seeing if it will break or not ours had a big hole in the bottom which was unfortunately only one group managed for theirs egg to not break.
