YellowStone Yahoo!!!

Hey bloggers for the past week in literacy we have been learning about yellow stone national park these are some facts about it 

1. There are more than 10,000 hydrothermal features in Yellowstone. The four types of thermal features are geysers, hot springs, mud pots, and fumaroles.

2. 285 species of birds can be found in Yellowstone

3. Yellowstone houses more than 720,000 museum items, including 30 historic vehicles, millions of archived documents, and more than 20,000 books

4. About 290 waterfalls can be found

5. There are approximately 1,000 miles of hiking trails in Yellowstone

Owesome Oil

Oil is in and around our world, even in places you wouldn’t imagine. We use oil for cooking but we also use crude oil. The pumping and transporting of crude oil around the globe often have environmental effects. We have looked at various texts and videos to learn about some of these effects, and it ‘good’ timing as there was a recent oil spill (24 July 2020) in Mauritius that we could investigate. Check out my video to learn more about oil, and see the simulation we did in class about cleaning oil from water.

Super Samoan


Hey, Bloggers today for Samoan we had to make a slide about greeting each other in Samoan. We had to use greetings such as. Hello, How are you, Thank you and I am good how are you. I really enjoyed making this I hope you enjoyed looking at it tell me in the comments if I could do anything better or fix something.
